1. What makes our fudge so special?
Our fudge is crafted with love from a cherished family recipe, perfected over generations. We use only the finest ingredients, including real butter and fresh cream, and traditional methods to create a rich, creamy texture and intense flavor that's truly irresistible. Every piece is made in small batches, ensuring a little slice of heaven in every bite!

2. How long does our fudge stay fresh?
For optimal freshness, our fudge is best enjoyed within 2 weeks when stored at room temperature in an airtight container. If you wish to extend its deliciousness, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. For longer storage, simply place the fudge in an airtight container and pop it in the freezer, where it will stay fresh for up to 3 months. To defrost, just transfer it to the fridge for 24 hours and then enjoy!

3. Do we offer different flavours?
Yes, we do! We offer a delicious selection of Core Flavours that are always available, alongside exciting Limited Edition Flavours that change throughout the year. You can find our current offerings and all the delicious details on our Products page.

4. Are our products suitable for people with allergies?
We take allergies very seriously. Many of our fudges contain dairy and may contain nuts (such as peanuts, almonds, or walnuts) as they are made in a facility that handles these ingredients. If you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us before ordering, and we'll do our best to provide you with the most accurate information.

5. Can I order custom or bulk fudge for events?
Yes, we'd love to help make your special event even sweeter! We offer custom orders for weddings, parties, corporate gifts, and other events. Please contact us with the flavours and the date of your event, and we'll be happy to discuss options and pricing. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible to ensure availability. 6. How do we ship our fudge to ensure freshness?
We carefully package our fudge to maintain its freshness during transit. We use sturdy, food-safe packaging and, depending on the weather, we may include ice packs to prevent your order from melting. We aim to dispatch orders quickly so your fudge arrives in perfect condition. Please note: WE DO NOT take any responsibility for any product that has been damaged during transit.

7. What is our shipping options and costs?
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and fast services. We use Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We will be offering local delivery for customers in the Caerphilly area soon!

8. What is our returns policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you have any issues with your order or are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your fudge, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
