1. How long do your products stay fresh?
- Fudge: Best enjoyed within 2 weeks if stored in an airtight container.
- Cookies & Brownies: Best consumed within 3-5 days for freshness.
- For ultimate goodness, warm your cookie/brownie in the microwave (800W) for 15 seconds and enjoy with a scoop of ice cream
- To extend freshness, cookies and brownies can be frozen for up to 1 month—just defrost and enjoy!
2. How should I store my fudge and baked goods?
- Fudge: Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Cookies & Brownies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
3. Do you offer allergen-free products?
- Our products may contain milk, eggs, nuts, gluten, soy, and other allergens.
- While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, all products are made in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee they are allergen-free.
4. Can I place a custom order?

- We will respond within 48 hours.

6. What are your shipping options?
- We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure freshness.
- Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday to prevent weekend delays.
7. Can I collect my order in person? (If applicable)
- At the moment, we only offer delivery via Royal Mail.
8. Do you ship internationally?
- Currently, we only ship within the UK.
9. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
- If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
10. Can I return or exchange my order?
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
11. Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in production.
12. Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
- Yes! Most of our products are suitable for vegetarians.
- However, some items may contain gelatine or other animal-derived ingredients, so please check individual product descriptions.
13. Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
- At the moment, we do not offer specific vegan or gluten-free products. However, this may change in the future—stay tuned!
14. How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number, which you can use to monitor your delivery.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
16. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
