At Reevey Lou's Fudge Kitchen, we take great care in ensuring your handmade fudge and baked goods arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Options

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery within 1 working day. 🚀 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Days

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays.
  • No orders are posted on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

3. Processing Times

  • All items are freshly made to order. Please allow 7 working days for processing before dispatch.
  • Working days for Reevey Lou's Fudge Kitchen are Monday - Thursday. 
  • During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Delivery Delays

While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 4 working days of dispatch, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is a flat rate price which you will see at checkout.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with Royal Mail, but refunds/replacements are subject to Royal Mail’s investigation process.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping.
