- Reevey Lou's Fudge Kitchen sells handmade fudge and baked goods, available for purchase via our website.
- All products are made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients.
- Pictures on the website are for illustrative purposes only. As our products are handmade, the final product may vary slightly in appearance.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be placed through our website.
- Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. We accept card payments and PayPal.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days. However, as all items are freshly made, processing times may vary.
- Shipping is available within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information
- Our products may contain allergens including (but not limited to) milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy.
- While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of allergens.
- Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering for more details. You will find the ingredients/allergens on the product listing.
6. Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes due to the production process.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or health issues arising from the consumption of our products.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If an item is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please check with your local courier service.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
